I create bright, textured abstract floral art using paint, papers and myriad other materials.
Biography
I am a mixed media artist living in Qualicum Beach on beautiful Vancouver Island. One of my favourite places is my garden. Many of my paintings are inspired by rambling, colourful garden vistas, or vases overflowing with brightly hued blooms. I paint mostly in acrylic, sometimes watercolour or pastel, and often embellish with torn paper, fabric, yarn and other “found” materials.
